The Kitchen Loft service plan...
It's often said that creating a new kitchen is like working on
a 1,000 piece puzzle. Without the picture for guidance.
Of course, if you've got time, lots of money and a high
tolerance for frustration, you can handle the project yourself.
But chances are, you're like most people. Time and money
are precious resources. To say nothing of the 'hidden' costs
of needless aggravation and missed opportunities.
So what are your project's puzzle pieces? They're all the
details needed to complete the job: your home's structure,
your needs and wants, the budget and time frame, the
creative design ideas, the dozens of products, and the skill,
expertise and craftsmanship of numerous trade professionals.
The Kitchen Loft is committed to helping you put the
pieces of your kitchen project puzzle together in the proper
sequence. Here's an outline of our services:
-
An initial 1 - 2 hour home consultation offered without
obligation. We'll talk about your project plans and goals,
how you prepare and cook meals and entertain family
and friends. We'll look over the room and identify its
problems and opportunities.
-
I'll sketch a preliminary conceptual layout and review
budget, timeline and product (cabinetry, appliance,
countertop, sink, and accessory) options.
-
We'll work one-on-one in the comfort and privacy of
your home. No crowds...no distractions...no wasted
time.
-
Upon completion of a Design Agreement, we'll begin
a series of 'kitchen table' design reviews and product
selection planning meetings.
-
I'll show you cabinetry from only two outstanding
cabinet manufacturers...not confuse you with a bakers
dozen.
-
I'll prepare a finished floor plan, elevations and color
renderings from actual field dimensions. And organize
cost estimates for cabinetry, countertops and accessories.
-
Obtain color blocks, door samples or other product
materials as needed.
-
Naturally, you'll save money on your cabinets and the
other products I offer because you don't pay for a fancy
showroom and overhead.
-
If you need a contractor, I'll introduce you to a
responsible, experienced and reputable professional.
-
I'll meet the delivery trucks when they arrive at your
home to ensure that what we ordered is what we get.
-
I'll respect your contractor's time (and your budget) by
doing my job: design, pricing, ordering, delivery, customer
service. I'll supervise templating of premium countertops.
Provide copies of plans. Review schedules. And provide
direction for the installation crew.
For over 22 years I've helped hundreds of homeowners
transform smaller, outdated kitchens into unique rooms.
Special rooms. Where family and friends enjoy good
food and conversation in a relaxed and attractive
atmosphere. And I can do the same for you.
