Here's my no-risk, 7-step plan to get you started:

Step 1:

Step 2:

We'll schedule a 'get to know you' meeting for a day and time that works for you. Evenings and weekends are fine. By the way, this meeting is 'no obligation' and generally lasts 1-2 hours.

Step 3:

We'll sit at your kitchen table and talk about your project plans and goals. From how you prepare and cook meals while watching the kids do their homework to entertaining family and friends.

Step 4:

We'll look over the room and see where we have problems and opportunities.

Step 5:

Then, I'll outline a conceptual layout so we can zero in on your project's timeline, products (cabinetry, appliances, countertops, sinks and accessories), the services I can offer you and your budget.

Step 6:

If you need a contractor, I'll introduce you to a responsible, experienced and reputable professional. Have one already? I'll be happy to work with him.

Step 7:

Finally, if you feel comfortable and want me to prepare a detailed design and budget, we'll complete a Design Agreement.
